These Terms govern your use of TurboPrivate ("the Service"), operated by TurboPrivate. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
TurboPrivate provides a model-inference API ("the API Models") over approved TurboPrivate models on hardware TurboPrivate operates. An ephemeral Room processes each session and destroys its keys and request state when the Room ends or expires. Current Rooms are not hardware-attested, so a host operator with access to live memory could inspect content during processing. A Room uses only the approved TurboPrivate engine route and fails closed when no engine is available; customer traffic is not routed to third-party model providers.
You create an account in the console with an email, a supported sign-in provider or a browser-generated account key, and use the Service with API keys issued to that account. The Service is prepaid: you purchase credits and we deduct them as you use compute. Credits are denominated in USD.
You agree not to use the Service to build or operate anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse, or attack the Service or its infrastructure. You are responsible for the code and content you process.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurboPrivate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.
