Privacy Policy

Privacy is the product. This policy explains the little we hold and the lot we don't.

Session content

The control plane does not receive a usable Room capability or model content. A Room temporarily processes the context and answer for one approved model and destroys its keys and request state on end or idle expiry. Current Rooms are not hardware-attested; a host operator with access to live memory could inspect content during processing. The Room uses only the approved TurboPrivate engine route and fails closed when no engine is available. The API provides no conversation-history service; data retained by API clients remains under their control.

What we do hold

• Account identity — either a public account key (no email, no name), an email address, or an id from a sign-in provider you chose.
• Billing — your prepaid balance and usage metadata (session counts, token totals, cost). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Waitlist — the email address and the short answers you submit on this site, kept until your account is opened or you ask us to delete them. They are used only to open your access and are never shared.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive only a confirmation and the amount, which we credit to your balance.

Your rights

You can delete your account from the console at any time, and ask us to delete your waitlist entry. Deletion is permanent — for account-key accounts, the same key cannot be used to sign back into a deleted account.
